Euterpe exclusively uses cowhides processed in Italy - of quality and treated to guarantee performance characteristics. The companies that produce the leathers are certified in respect of the environment for saving water and energy.
Returns and Refunds
Customers have 14 days from the delivery or collection date to make a return. For customers residing on Italian soil, returns will be free.
For all international customers, the return will be paid by the customer.
All the information necessary for the returns will be sent via email - customer @ euterpestudio .com - and the withdrawal reservation document will be sent from the same. Please specify the reason for the return in the email. Returns will only be accepted if the products have no visible signs of wear and the labels have not been removed.
During the discount period, all products are returned or exchanged at the customer's expense (obligatorily by prior agreement via email with email@example.com) < / p>
Purchases deriving from the Outlet section and the Special Occasions section of the online shop can be returned or replaced, at the expense of the customer. Following the shipment to us at the expense of the customer (upon agreement via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and after checking the perfect condition of the bag at the time of return), the refund will be issued or the replacement bag will be sent.
Refunds are made on Wednesday of the week following receipt of the price exchange in our warehouse.

Avoid contact with grease, mud, dirt, rough surfaces. Protect it as much as possible from the rain. Don't overfill it.
If you want to clean your bag, entrust it to professionals who will know how to take good care of it. If your bag is a light color, be even more careful.
